In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Sarah Catherine Bates, a non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company that she became Chairman of Witan Pacific Investment Trust plc, following its Annual General Meeting on 9 June 2014. Mrs Bates had previously been the Senior Independent Director of Witan Pacific Investment Trust plc.
