The Company notes the announcement of Angel Biotechnology plc ("Angel") made earlier today confirming that administrators have been appointed with immediate effect.
Paul Harper, a director of Physiomics, was a director of Angel until December 2012, and accordingly is required to make this notification pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
