DIRECTOR DECLARATION
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Antofagasta plc (the "Company") announces that Manuel Lino Silva De Sousa-Oliveira (Ollie Oliveira), a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a director of BlackRock World Mining Trust plc with effect from 3 February 2020.
