MBL Group plc (the "Company") was today informed that Lisa Clarke, Financial Director of the Company, acquired 237,500 ordinary shares of 75 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in various trades at prices ranging between 9.0 and 10.28 pence on 7 January 2013.
Following this announcement, Lisa's beneficial holding of Ordinary Shares is 250,000, representing 1.45 per cent of the total voting rights over the Company's share capital.
