The Company received notice on 15 May 2015 that Peter Levine, Chairman, through PLLG Investments Limited, purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares at 11.75p pence per share on 15 May. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 92,443,664 shares representing 19.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.
