The Company received notice on 22 May 2015 that Peter Levine, Chairman, through PLLG Investments Limited, acquired 350,000 ordinary shares at a value equivalent to 11.75p pence per share on 22 May. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 92,793,664 shares representing 19.35% of the issued share capital of the Company.
