The Company received notice on 31 December 2012 that Peter Levine, Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share on 31 December. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 68,548,525 shares representing 25.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
