The Company was informed today that Mr Mihai Radoi, a director of the Company, on 28 January 2016, purchased 287,500 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.2175 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Mihai Radoi is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 787,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.78% of the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
