The Company was informed on 30 November 2018 that Jacques Vaillancourt, Executive Chairman of MAFL, purchased 450,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.463p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Vaillancourt's beneficial ownership is 6,664,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.02 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
