Desire Petroleum PLC28 February 2007 Desire Petroleum plc ("Desire" or the "Company") Additional Listing, Director's dealing and TVR The Company announces that Colin Phipps, Chairman, has exercised options over478,239 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 20.11p per share. Furthermore, Dr Phipps yesterday sold 478,239 shares to Phipps & Co. Limited (ofwhich Dr Phipps and Stephen Phipps, a director of the Company, are directors) at24.5p per share. Following these transactions, the interests in the issued share capital of DrPhipps directly and Phipps & Co.
