The placement date is set at August 5, 2016. The number of bonds to be placed makes 5,000,000 pieces with the totalnominal value of the placed bonds of 5,000,000,000 rubles. The maturity ofthe papers is ten years. The coupon rate of the bonds is 13% per year,which corresponds to a sum of 64.82 rubles for each paper issued. Couponfrequency is once every six months.
