The acquisition was subject to the adoption of the transfer by the investmentfunds' unit-holders at the investment funds' general meetings as well assubject to the approval of the acquisition by the Danish FSA. The unit-holders of the investment funds adopted the transfer at generalmeetings held on 23 March 2015 and today the Danish FSA has approved theacquisition. Consequently the conditions of the acquisition have been fulfilledand the acquisition is final.
