Contract Win

North Midland Construction is pleased to announce the award of a new joint venture infrastructure contract for Severn Trent Water on the Birmingham Resilience Project worth in excess of £100m. The scheme will commence on site in Q3 2017 and will be delivered over the next 3 years.

As a result of this significant contract win, the results for the year to 31 December 2017 are expected to be ahead of management expectations. Shareholders should note that the contract value is spread over the duration of the contract and will be split between North Midland and its JV partner.

North Midland Construction Plc will perform the design and construction of a new Water treatment plant at Frankley.
