MAJOR NEW ORDER RECEIVED

Hydro International plc, provider of products for the control and treatment of water is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a £2.6 million contract for its innovative sludge scraper technology.

The project is the second phase of a project to install the scraper product into large primary settlement tanks at a major wastewater treatment works in the south of England building on an initial order received in 2007 which was commissioned in early 2008. The scraper technology is designed to reduce operating and infrastructure capital costs when compared to conventional sludge scraper systems.
