CONFIRMATION OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

In the preliminary results announcement on the 8 March 2017, Eurocell confirmed that the Board is recommending to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2017, a final dividend of 5.7 pence per ordinary share, resulting in total dividends for the year of 8.5 pence per ordinary share.

Subject to approval by shareholders, the final dividend will be paid on 24 May 2017 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 28 April 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 27 April 2017.
