("Richoux" or the "Company")
Completion of Subscription and Director Transactions
On 13 June 2017, the Company announced that it had conditionally raised £4.0 million through a subscription of 25,277,488 new ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Subscription Shares") at a price of 16 pence per share (the "Subscription").
Further to this announcement, the Company is pleased to confirm the admission to trading of the Subscription Shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and the receipt of the cash proceeds due from the Subscription.
In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, details of the PDMR transactions, as previously announced, are set out below.
