Completion of the sale of Education Division
Further to the announcement on 4 March 2010, the board of Huveaux is pleased to confirm that it has today completed the sale to Harper Collins Publishers Limited of the entire share capital of Letts Educational Limited and Leckie & Leckie Limited and of the business and assets of Lonsdale (together the "Education Division") for a cash consideration of £10.0 million.
The preliminary statement of audited results for the year ended 31 December 2009 will be released on 22nd March 2010.
