Tiger Resource Finance PLC14 November 2005 Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger' or 'the Company') Transaction in Own Shares Tiger announces that on 11 November 2005, it purchased 300,000 ordinary sharesat 4.20 pence per ordinary share. These shares are currently held as treasurystock. Following this purchase, Tiger now holds 35,000,000 ordinary shares in treasury.This purchase completes the company's current share buy-back programme.
