OJSC Novolipetsk Steel29 June 2007 NLMK-Duferco JV completes the acquisition of a 100% interest in Winner Steel Further to the announcement of May 3rd, 2007, NLMK-Duferco JV has completed theacquisition of 100% in Winner Steel INC. for approximately USD 211.6 million. Winner Steel is one of the largest independent galvanized steel producers in theUnited States. Its operations are located on a single site in Pennsylvania andinclude three galvanizing lines with combined annual capacity of around 1.2million tonnes.
