CODA plc26 September 2006 26 September 2006 CODA plc COMMENCEMENT OF DEALINGS ON AIM CODA plc announces that, following the completion of the demerger of the CODAand Business Collaborator divisions of CODASciSys plc and their transfer to CODAplc, 76,973,727 new ordinary shares of 25p each in CODA plc (the "CODA Shares")have been admitted to AIM. Dealings in the CODA Shares will commence at 8.00a.m.this morning, under the stock code CODA. In accordance with the terms of the demerger, shareholders in CODASciSys plc onthe register at 6.00pm on 25 September 2006 receive 3 new ordinary shares inCODA plc for every share held in CODASciSys plc.
