Publication by CMA of Full Final Determinations Report
On 17 March 2021, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) published its summary final determinations on the price controls for Bristol Water plc (and three other companies) for 2020-2025.
On 9 April 2021, the full final determinations report was published by the CMA on its website, on Ofwat's behalf, in accordance with section 15 of the Water Industry Act 1991.
