CHANGES OF NAME, TIDM AND ISIN
The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the certificate confirming the change of the Company's name to Adamas Finance Asia Limited has been received from the Registrar of Corporate Affairs in the British Virgin Islands.
Dealings under the new name and new TIDM (ticker symbol) of "ADAM" will commence at 8.00 a.m. on Friday 21 February 2014. The ISIN in respect of ordinary shares will also change to VGG008271089.
