Joint Stock Company "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" ("Halyk Bank") (LSE: HSBK) informs about early termination of authorities by member of the Board of Directors - Mr. Kadyrzhan Damitov, the Independent Director starting from 31 July 2013 in accordance with submitted notification.
Mr. K. Damitov has held the office of the Board of Directors member - Independent Director of Halyk Bank since 23 April 2010.
