Change of Significant Shareholding
PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer of Natural High Intensity Sweeteners, including Reb A, has today been notified by its significant shareholder Asian Investment Management Services ("AIMS") that on February 8 2010 it sold a total of 2,100,000 shares at £2.37 per share. As a result the interest of AIMS & its related parties has reduced from 8.9% to 7.5%.
