PJSC “Magnit” Announces the Change of the Registrar

Krasnodar, June 10, 2016: PJSC “Magnit”, Russia’s largest food retailer (the “Company”; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), announces the change of the registrar.

Please be informed that the registrar of PJSC “Magnit” has changed from Joint Stock Company “Objedinennaya registratsionnaya kompaniya” (JSC “ORK”) to Joint Stock Company “Noviy Registrator”.

On June 6, 2016 the rights and obligations under the Agreement No.D-01/11 for the services on payment of dividends against the issuer’s shares (hereinafter – the Agreement), concluded on July 7, 2011 with Joint Stock Company “Objedinennaya registratsionnaya kompaniya”, were transferred from Joint Stock Company “Objedinennaya registratsionnaya kompaniya” (JSC “ORK”) to Joint Stock Company “Noviy Registrator” due to the restructuring related to the consolidation of JSC “ORK” with JSC “Noviy Registrator”.

The Agreement has not been terminated; the rights and obligations under the Agreement have been transferred by way of succession from JSC “ORK” to JSC “Noviy Registrator”.
