Change of Auditor
Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer investing in Malaysia and Vietnam, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that KPMG LLP was appointed as Auditor at the Company's annual general meeting held on 25 June 2014 to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company, in place of the resigning Auditor, KPMG Audit Plc which has instigated an orderly wind down of business.
