Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY), announces that Matrix Corporate Capital LLP's engagement as joint broker to the Company has been terminated by mutual consent with immediate effect.
Westhouse Securities Limited remains nominated adviser and broker to the Company.
