Development Securities PLC completes new Carnival UK headquarter building

Development Securities PLC, the leading property development and investment company, announces the completion of the prime headquarters building for Carnival UK, two months ahead of the scheduled programme.

The 210,000 sq. ft. office, developed with Aviva Investors, occupies the West Quay III site in Southampton's town centre. The building, complete with a 10,000 sq. ft. atria and sculpted public art façade, was handed over to Carnival on 15th December for internal fit out.
