Report 7/2016: Candidates to the Supervisory Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that according to the received information, UniCredit S.pA. - the Bank's Shareholder will present at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 16th June 2016, candidates as Members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank as follows:

Jerzy Woźnicki, Dariusz Filar, Massimiliano Fossati, Katarzyna Majchrzak, Gianni Papa, Leszek Pawłowicz, Laura Penna, Doris Tomanek and Wioletta Rosołowska.

The Management Board of the Bank informs that in accordance with the law regulations, appointment of candidates as members of the Supervisory Board will be possible after performance of suitability assessment of each of them.
