Further to the announcement of the Company released on 5 December 2013, it is now anticipated that the cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN: GB00B0CL3P62) from the Official List of the CISX will take effect from 07:00 a.m. on 10 December 2013.
