According with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 art. 122, paragraph 1, S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the market upon the fact that the Board of Directors, adjourned on November 7, 2018, endorsed the request sent by the majority shareholder of ROMGAZ, the Romanian State represented by the Ministry of Energy, regarding the distribution in 2018 of RON 1.30/share additional dividend, in total amount of RON 501,049,120.
