Postponement of subsidiary company General Director appointment

PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that on September 20, 2018 Board of Directors of JSC Yantarenergo postponed implementation of the decision taken by Board of Directors on September 18, 2018, concerning the appointment of Director General and deciding term of office, until further separate Board of Directors resolution.
