Board changes
Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM), a leading provider of integrated collateral management, regulatory compliance and reporting solutions for the financial services industry has confirmed that John Wisbey has resigned as Non-executive Director with immediate effect.
Mr Wisbey will continue to serve the Company as Chairman of the newly-constituted Advisory Board.
The Board would like to thank Mr Wisbey for his service as a Director of the Company over the last 25 years.
