Murray VCT 4 PLC22 March 2005 Murray VCT 4 plc Board Changes Murray VCT 4 plc announces that Anthony Whitworth, having reached the age of 70,is to stand down as chairman at the next annual general meeting on 7thJuly 2005. Fiona Wollocombe, who has been a board member since May 2004, has been appointedchairman designate and it is intended that she will take over the post vacatedby Mr Whitworth at the Annual General Meeting. It is also announced that Will Holt resigned from the Murray VCT 4 board on 21March with immediate effect. Mr Holt has been a director since 2003 and theboard thank him very sincerely for his substantial contribution during thattime.
