Board Changes

Formation announces that Alec Craig and Ossie Kilkenny, both of whom are non-executive  directors of the Company, have separately notified the Company that they would like to withdraw their nomination for re-election as non-executive directors at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company ('AGM'). 

Their nomination withdrawal means that both Mr Craig and Mr Kilkenny will no longer be non-executive directors of Formation with effect from the conclusion of the Company's AGM, to be held tomorrow, Tuesday 6 January 2009 at 11am.

The board would like to place on record their sincere thanks and appreciation to both Mr Craig and Mr Kilkenny for their support and hard work during their time with the Company.
