Director Changes

LSL, a leading UK provider of residential property services, today announces that, Adrian Gill has resigned as Executive Director - Estate Agency to pursue another opportunity.

Adrian Gill will remain in his current role as Executive Director - Estate Agency, and as a Director of the LSL Board, until January 2017. His service contract includes post termination restrictions, which remain in place until October 2017.

LSL has commenced a succession planning process and a further announcement will be made in due course.

There is no further information to be disclosed in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
