Board Changes
The Group announces that David Yeoh, Executive Chairman, has resigned from the Group with immediate effect. The board would like to thank Mr Yeoh for his contributions to the Group.
Dr. Patrick Dennis Howes has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman.
