The Company announces that Mr Michael Grant has been appointed to the main Boardwith immediate effect as Non-executive Director. Mr Grant has significantexperience as a turnaround director and has worked on some of the largest andmost complex restructuring projects of recent times, including holding seniorpositions in Eurotunnel, Railtrack, HM Government and Cable & Wireless. He iscurrently Managing Director of Aaronite Partners, the business turnaroundspecialist. Mr Iain Lynam, also of Aaronite Partners, steps down from the Boardwith effect from today. The Company also announces that Mr Michael Carrell has today resigned asDirector of the Company with immediate effect.
