Board change
nmcn announces that, after over 40 years with the Group, and as previously indicated at the AGM on the 16 May 2019, Stuart Proud has confirmed that he will retire from the Group on 31 March 2020. Until then Stuart will continue as a Director of the Water business segment, but the Company confirms that he has stepped down from the nmcn board.
