Board Change

All Leisure group plc ("the Group") (AIM: ALLG), the destination-led niche cruise operator announces that Ross Jobber, Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Group in April 2011 to take up a role in the City.

Roger Allard, Chairman of the Group said: "We would like to thank Ross for his contribution to the Group over the last three years as both an executive and non-executive director and wish him well as he returns to Investment Banking."

Ross' departure leaves the board of All Leisure group plc with three executive and two non-executive directors. There are no plans to change the board composition in the foreseeable future.
