The Board of Sirius Real Estate Limited announces that Gerhard Niesslein has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect, to enable him to focus fully on his recent appointment as Spokesman of IVG Immobilien AG's Board of Management. The Board would like to thank Gerhard for his hard work and wishes him well for the future. 

The Board has commenced the search for a suitable replacement.
