Block Listing Application

JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has made applications to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 15,000,000 ordinary shares of five pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on its main market, respectively.
The Shares may be issued under the block listing pursuant to the Company's existing general authority to issue shares on a non pre-emptive basis. The Shares may be issued inter alia to satisfy continuing market demand for the Shares and to manage the premium to net asset value at which the Shares trade. When issued, the new Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares in issue. The block listing is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 4 January 2024.
Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 418,333,169 Ordinary Shares and 2,664,140 Ordinary Shares remain within its block listing dated 26 May 2023. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
