Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each (the "Block Listing") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of Company.

The application is being made in respect of shares that will be issued by the Company under the terms of:
