Manpower Software PLC04 February 2008 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company") AWARD OF CONTRACT Manpower Software plc, the leading provider of workforce management ande-rostering solutions, is pleased to announce that Imperial College HealthcareNHS Trust has selected MAPS Healthroster Solution for Trust-wide deploymentfollowing a comprehensive tender process. The Trust will use MAPS Healthrosterto more effectively manage its nursing workforce, providing direct cost savings,staff time savings, HR and clinical care related benefits, examples of whichinclude reduced sickness absence levels, improved staff satisfaction andincreased staff time to care. This new contract win brings the total number of Manpower Software's plc NHSTrust customers in England and Wales to thirty two, in addition to our othercustomer, healthcare provider HCA International Ltd, which is the largestprivate hospital group in the capital. Seventeen new NHS Trust contracts have now been signed with Manpower Softwareplc in the current financial year (i.e. since 1st June 2007).
