Notice of Availability of Materials for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company) (TRCN), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, notifies that the materials for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") are now available at www.trcont.ru.

As announced on 25 April 2016, the AGM will take place on 28 June 2016, at 11.00 a.m. at the Mariott Grand Hotel, 26/1 Tverskaya Street, Moscow.
