PRESS RELEASE

Auhua supports the Dubai Green Economy Partnership

1 May 2015:Auhua Clean Energy Plc (AIM: ACE) ("ACE"), the environmental technology group, is pleased to announce today that it has entered into the Dubai Green Economy Partnership ("Dubai GEP"), a government-backed initiative led by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.

The Dubai GEP was launched in May 2012 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan as the first multi-stakeholder and cross sector partnership in the Middle East to promote green development. The Dubai GEP forges world class partnerships with public and private companies such as Auhua to help build capacity through projects and green trade missions. It was inspired by the United Arab Emirate's long-term national green economy initiative titled "A Green Economy for Sustainable Development", and is in line with the Dubai Plan 2021.

Through the adoption of green technologies, products and services, and the growth of green trade and investment, the Dubai GEP supports Dubai's transition into a green economy on a par with the most sustainable cities in the world. Auhua's partnership with Dubai GEP is announced following the 17th Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX 2015) and the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority's (DEWA) annual Green Week initiative. Auhua's solar technologies and products are expected to help this transition by offering regionally-specific solutions to enhance energy efficiency and generation at the decentralised level.

His Excellency Ahmed Buti Al Muhairbi, Chairman of the Dubai GEP and Secretary General of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, has stated that these partnerships are a key prerogative for the implementation of Dubai's ambitious strategy leading to the country's Golden Jubilee in 2021. He adds that he welcomes companies that align their interest with Dubai's ambition.

Auhua has been listed by the Dubai Central Laboratory Department (DCL) as an approved solar manufacturer since February 2015, allowing the Company to distribute and sell its products with the approval of Dubai Municipality as part of the Emirates DCL certified products programme.

David Sumner, non-executive Chairman of Auhua, said: "Our partnership with Dubai GEP demonstrates Auhua's commitment to expand internationally and is a strong endorsement of our solar products. Most importantly, this collaboration will provide Auhua with the opportunity to penetrate other GCC markets which are also actively diversifying away from their dependence on hydro-carbon-based fuels and are working towards building sustainable economies. Abu Dhabi alone has set itself a target of achieving 7% renewable energy power generation capacity by the year 2020."
