PLUS MARKETS GROUP PLC APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORSPLUS Markets Group plc ("the Company") announces the appointment of StephenAllcock Q.C. and Nicholas Smith as Non-Executive Directors, with effect from 1January 2006. Stephen Allcock, aged 53, is a tax barrister by profession. He retired from theBar in 1999 and most recently served as a part-time director at PriceWaterhouse Coopers giving UK taxation advice within their private clientdepartment. He has additionally pursued various small business interests and iscurrently a director of Aston Group Limited, Aston Boats Limited, Aston Boats(Beccles) Limited, Aston Boats (Loddon) Ltd, Darby Brothers Limited, AbleglenLimited, Brownoak Property Limited, Euphorium Bakery Limited, Shelmear Limited,Heathcross Limited, Slugs Limited and FP & S Limited. In the last five years Stephen has served as a director of JSM PropertyManagement Limited and United Church Schools Trust.Nicholas Smith, aged 54, is a chartered accountant with a previous career ininvestment banking, including being Chief Financial Officer of Jardine FlemingGroup in Hong Kong. He now advises small companies on fund raising, strategyand commercial issues and is currently a director of Asian Citrus HoldingsLimited and 4C Associates Limited.In the last five years Nicholas has served as a director of Robert FlemingInternational Limited.The Company has received notification from Stephen that his beneficial interestin the share capital of the Company is 750,000 shares (0.56% of the existingissued share capital of the Company).
