Further to the Announcement of 22 February 2024, and in accordance with LR 9.6.12R, the Company is pleased to confirm that Simon Clinton will be appointed to the Board of the Company on Monday, 22 April 2024.

Andy Jones will step down from the Board of the Company on Monday, 22 April 2024.
