Appointment of Auditors

The Company announces that it has appointed KPMG Audit plc as Auditors to the Company and its subsidiaries following a competitive tender process, replacing Nexia Smith & Williamson Audit Limited ("S&W").

S&W have confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with their resignation which should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
