Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
DCD Media plc announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and a notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted today to shareholders. Electronic copies are available on the Company's website - www.dcdmedia.co.uk.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Dickson Minto W.S., Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street,
London EC2A 2EW on Wednesday, 27 June 2018 at 10.00 am.
Shareholders will also receive a form of proxy which will explain how to vote if they are unable to attend the meeting in person.
